• Projected timeframes
• 2D floor plan & 3D renderings
• Fixture & finishes schedule for paint, flooring, lighting, fabrics and hardware
• Sample Board with final selections
• Final delivery of design including all final documentation, certificates and warranties

• Install & styling of the design
• Project management of trades (excluding payment of invoices)
• Access to our Trade Partners
• Ordering and management of deliverable items (excluding payment of invoices)
